This is an image of a hummingbird, on a piece of paper which is glued to a piece of rusty metal (it's very heavy) I started out with a pencil sketch, and then watercolor, and then acrylics. it was pasted onto the piece of metal (not sure what kind, i found it) in between the watercolors and acrylics stage. materials: pencil watercolor various brands of acrylic black micron pen japanese watercolor paper (still don't remember what its called, sorry) a hunk of rusty metal i found this probably took about 3 or 4 hours all together. dimensions: 10.6 inches x 4.8 inches. this is for sale, if anyone is interested. |
